A: We believe in good quality. Our piano tutorials are always of a high quality, easy to learn and perform on piano. In addition - Our player allows you to interact with the piano tutorial. Once you plug in your keyboard, you can enable practice mode and our player will wait for you to play the correct notes either in right or left hand or in both - this is unique to PianoCrumbs.

A: Whether you connect piano keyboard or not, the following features are available:
- Adjust the speed of tutorial.
- Mute left or right hand.
- Enable easy mode in the right hand.
- Turn on Metronome.
- Chords progression (when available in a tutorial).
- Chord description.
- Transposition.
- Finger positioning (when available in a tutorial).
- Scroll through the tutorial.
- Show notes names (in different notations).
- Smart Loops.
- Smart Zoom.
- Sustain Pedal on/off marks.
- Bar numbers.
- Play with computer mouse or keyboard.
When you connect piano keyboard, following features become available as well (requires premium membership):
- Enable Practice Mode (the piano tutorial waits for you to play the right notes) - left/right/both hands.
- Change instruments (e.g. set Marimba for the left hand and Accordion for the right one).
- Change input and output to any MIDI device.

A: Technically you can, but please be advised, that it is a violation of copyright law to print the file without the permission of the copyright holder.

A: We send it immediately once we verify the payment. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes for the e-mail to get delivered to your e-mail.
